My former BAPE coworker Kid Cudi returned to national television on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon with a live, orchestra-filled performance of "Kitchen," my favorite track from his latest studio album Passion, Pain & Demon Slayin'.
Cudi seems to be in good spirits even though he didn't move much in his usual cheery manner during the set. I hope all is well with him!
This week, Big Sean has blessed us with two new blazing tracks in the form of "No More Interviews," and "Bounce Back."
The initial release, produced by Amaire Johnson, touches on Sean's personal life as he sheds a bit of candid information surrounding his ex and addresses the unresolved tension with former G.O.O.D Music emceee Kid Cudi. The latter tune is a groovy comeback-themed cut, also produced by Amaire with a little help from London On Da Track, Smash David and Hit Maka.
Don’t ever think you can make fun of Cudi and not feel his wizardry wrath! This past weekend, Scott went on twitter to finally uncage a burning desire he held internally for years! The fashion forward rapper basically stated the fact he detested being made fun of by former Hot 97’s leading woman Angie Martinez and DJ Enuff during a 2009 interviewabout the snugness of his trousers.
Check it out for yourself below:
Angie later responded with this before deleting the post, "Soooo, u got an Entourage cameo and u feelin yourself??! lol u were in my house... and i was tryna show u love. Clown. smh."
It’s pretty ironic that most rappers now are less likely to go the “baggy” route when it comes to attire. What do you think about this situation; Were they bullying the Balmain jean enthused spitter or genuinely trying to know more about his style?
Looking forward to this @stevelacys album tomorrow though...
